Newsletter #2 2008
It’s true: Chicken soup and lots of garlic help to reduce cold symptoms. Modern science now backs that up.

When is the last time you went for a walk in the woods, in the snow? Don't forget the dog.

Work hard? Work at home? Take care of yourself. Eat light, but not too often, exercise, get enough sleep. "Do as I say, not as I do."

Rest now, get healthy and  ready for the spring / summer season to come.

As always, email me with any questions, comments or concerns.

YO!
Punxsutawney Phil says we have 6 more weeks of winter. Sounds like I'll need another oil delivery.  I missed the Rio Carnival again...

The Superbowl is history. Amazing Giants! The next big day is Valentine's Day, then Presidents Day, Feb 18. At least that's a day off from work, if you work for some company. My company doesn't give me any days off.

Day light savings is March 8, St Patrick's Day on March 17 and then the first day of Spring is March 20. I can't wait for spring! Actually, I am waiting for the snow to melt. It will be nice to see mud again.

Linking business pages with the town pages
In order to make moving around bearsystems easier, I'm linking all pages together. For example; on the golf page, there are now links to the town the golf course is in. Same goes for all pages, hiking, state parks, festivals, etc. This will make your listings more visible to our visitors. To add your listing to more then your town page, check out the priced listings.

Until next time
