Parent/Guardian Agreement

(Any adult who is interested in helping the student may sign the agreement)

It is important to have my child do his/her best in school. Therefore, I will encourage him/her by doing the following:

• see that my child attends school regularly and is on time
• establish a time and place for homework and check it regularly
• support the school staff, and respect the cultural differences of others
• have ongoing communication with my child's school and teacher
• monitor and limit TV and movie viewing

Student Agreement

• always try to work to the best of my ability
• arrive at school each day on time, with my homework completed
• show respect for myself, my school, other students, and cultural differences
• obey the rules of conduct at my school
